Measuring customer satisfaction is an important tool for helping motor dealers improve their business.  Manufacturers also use it as a key part of how they evaluate the performance of the dealers in their network.  Being seen by a manufacturer, as having a low Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), can leave a dealer in a difficult position.  Tthe dealer will need to commit addtional resources, to increase the CSI, while, at the same time, the manufacturer will often be withdrawing support  as a result of the low CSI.
