To make this work, we take a lot of care in recruiting mature and experienced Service Agents with the skills and attitudes to provide the good experience for a motor dealer’s customers.  We further encourage the good experience by enabling our Service Agents to work from home.

Supporting and training our Service Agents is a team of Operations Managers who have many years’ experience in running CRM Programmes for motor dealers - initially being Service Agents themselves.  Underpinning the operation, is a team of senior database and networking experts, who run industry-leading technologies.  Our Voice Over Internet Protocol (VOIP) home-agent system uses state-of-the-art dialer and call-management technologies, and the database is a web-based MySQL server supported by SAS/STAT analytics.
