How it works
A motor dealer supplies Profiad-DA with the details of the customers who are due to have their service or MOT in the coming month. Our Service Agents call those customers. Normally they successfully reach 80-90% of the customers supplied..
When a service or MOT is booked, a confirmation letter is immediately mailed out to the customer. We also notify the motor dealer. Many dealers and manufacturers maintain their own service booking systems, in which case, we normally book the appointment directly onto their system.
As part of the service, we verify, and record any changes in, name, contact details and vehicle owned for every customer we contact. At the end of each month, we send the customer records back to the dealer with any additional information attached.
Success-based charging
The motor dealer only pays for the calls where Profiad-DA successfully reminds a customer of their upcoming service or MOT. There is also a charge for the subsequent confirmation mailings.

One month no-risk trial
The whole point of the Profiad-DA Telephone Bookings Service is to make a motor dealer more money. In order that a motor dealer can prove for themselves that the service works, we offer a one month no-risk trial.The trial works by Profiad-DA setting up the Telephone Bookings Serivice for the motor dealer and the dealer supplying Profiad-DA with the contact information of the customers who are due a service in the coming month. Profiad-DA randomly splits the contact records 50:50 and sends back one half to the motor dealer so they can use them with any existing service reminder activity. The remaining half, Profiad-DA use in the Telephone Booking Service.
At the end of the trial, it is possible for the motor dealer to compare the financial benefit from using Profiad-DA's service versus their existing approach. If the motor dealer has not achieved increased financial benefits, and does not wish to continue, then they are not billed for any of the service's fees, or call charges.

This example is typical of the situation that many motor dealers find themselves. The servicing arearuns at 63% utilisation, at around 112 services per month, with each service delivering an average gross profit of £100.
The Profiad-DA Telephone Bookings Service makes around 800 calls per month and increases the average number of services to 160 per month . This brings the utilisation level up to 90% and delivers an additional gross profit of 23%.
